Maggie Ruth Willing, 45, of Chandlerville, passed away at Memorial Medical Center, in Springfield, at 1:40 p.m., on Saturday, December 28, 2024. She was born December 15, 1979, in Topeka, Kansas, to Robert and Minda (Larsen) Rodriguez. She married Michael Dean Willing, on September 27, 2003. He preceded her in death on October 3, 2021.
Maggie is survived by two sons: Bryce and Bradyn Willing, of Chandlerville; her parents, of Galesburg, sister: Mary (Sean) Lacefield, of Firestone, Colorado; brother: Emil (Courtney) Rodriguez, of Galesburg; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, her grandparents, and her in-laws.
Maggie was a 1998 graduate of Galesburg High School. In 2000, she graduated from Parkland Community College. From there, she became the first Veterinary Technician in Morgan County, Illinois.
